2025 Annual IBCM Meeting

This year has been an exciting year of change and growth for the International Baptist Church Ministries (IBCM), and we are excited to share what has been happening and where we are going over the next 5 years. As always, our foundational mission is to support English-speaking Baptistic churches worldwide and spread the Good News to the ends of the Earth. At the annual meeting, we will introduce our five-year strategic plan called 2030, Following in the Founders' Footsteps and several recommendations for changes to the by-laws, and vote on new board members. All these recommended changes are to enable future generations by providing permanency and sustainability for the IBCM.

To share all God has done through IBCM this year, please mark your calendars for the IBCM Annual Meeting and Reunion to be held on February 14-15, 2025, at Cross Church in North Richland Hills, Texas. This will be a hybrid meeting, so we can give you a link to join virtually if you can't attend in person.

IBCM values your membership. Our membership year runs from November 1 - October 31. All current members will have the opportunity to vote at the annual meeting. We would love to have you share this opportunity with your friends. Annual membership is $25/year or lifetime membership is available as a one-time donation of $500 per person or $300 per person for those over 65. Payments can be mailed to IBCM at P.O. Friday Evening Reunion Dinner ~ Feb 14 @ 6:00pm

Saturday Annual Meeting ~ Feb 15 @ 9:00 am

On Saturday morning, our time will begin with a light breakfast, coffee, and fellowship at Cross Church. The annual membership business meeting will follow at 9:30 am and conclude by 11:30 am. To have the opportunity to vote, please ensure that your membership has been paid. This will be a hybrid meeting so if you are unable to attend in person we can provide you with a Zoom link to join virtually.

Saturday Lunch ~ Feb 15 @ 11:30am

We will gather after the Annual Meeting for a Texas BBQ catered lunch at Cross Church. The IBCM Board will meet following the lunch. Prepayment of $30/person for the lunch should be made in advance to IBCM by February 1, 2025.
