IBCM is governed by a Board of Directors, a God-fearing group responsible for the management of financial IBCM investments and decisions concerning grants to IBC churches and ministries.

Each director may serve a 3-year term and may only serve 2 consecutive terms. New directors are elected at our Annual Meeting when another director is scheduled to rotate off. This may vary based on when the director was elected and joined the board.

Please note that all Board nominees must be current IBCM members.

IBCM Committees

The IBCM is forward-looking. Our committees were formed to build toward the future, prepare leaders to carry on the mission, and reach out in prayer.

Nominating Committee
The purpose of the Nominating Committee is to find new board members who can grow and develop the mission of the IBCM.
Prayer Committee
The Prayer Committee involves IBCM members to pray for the IBCM and IBC every week because we believe in the power of prayer (Ephesians 6:18).
Outreach Committee
This committee connects with the IBC General Secretary and Presidents for mission opportunities for IBCM members to partner with the convention and the churches each year.
Communications Committee
This committee oversees the branding, communication, marketing, website and social media strategy to spread awareness of IBCM’s mission.
