Friday Evening German Meal ~ Feb 18 @ 6:00 pm
We will be dining at Little Germany Restaurant (6737 Camp Bowie Blvd., Fort
Worth, TX, 76116) where you can order an amazing meal from their menu and pay
individually.

Saturday Annual Meeting ~ Feb 19 @ 9:00 am
On Saturday morning, our time will begin with coffee and fellowship in the Riley
Center Room 239. The business meeting will follow at 9:30 am and conclude by
noon. To have the opportunity to vote, please ensure that your membership has
been paid. This will be a hybrid meeting so if you are unable to attend in person
we can provide you with a Zoom link to join virtually.

Saturday Evening Reunion Dinner ~ Feb 19 @ 6:00 pm
We will gather for a catered buffet-style dinner in Room 239 of the Riley Center.
Prepayment of $25/person should be sent to IBCM by February 4th.

your room or go to their website at www.swbts.edu/riley-center. Other local area
hotels are also available.
